Our storefront includes edited collections for professional and everyday looks, bridal moments, vacations, seasonal styling, French tips, short nails, almond shapes, floral designs, statement styles, and press-on toenails. Availability changes as styles sell through or new designs are added.

How do I know what nail size I need?
Measure the widest part of each natural nail and compare your measurements with the sizing information available for the product you are considering. Measure both hands because nail widths can vary.
What if I am between sizes?
When choosing between two sizes, select the slightly larger press-on and gently file the sides if needed for a closer fit. A press-on that is too small may not sit comfortably or adhere as intended.
Do all nail sets fit the same?

What shapes and lengths do you carry?
Shapes and lengths vary by product. Current options across the catalog include almond, oval, square, coffin, ballet, round, pointed, and stiletto profiles, along with short, medium, long, and other product-specific lengths. What comes with my press-on nail set?
Package contents vary by product and selected package option. Review the individual product page and variant selection for the exact offering. We do not assume that every nail set includes the same accessories.
How do I apply my press-on nails?
- Choose the closest sidewall-to-sidewall fit before application.
- Apply to clean, dry nails free of lotion or oil.
- Use adhesive tabs for temporary wear or nail glue for a stronger hold when those adhesive methods are appropriate for your product.
- Align carefully and press firmly.

How long will my nails last?
Wear varies with nail preparation, adhesive choice, application technique, daily activity, and exposure to water, oils, and household products. We do not guarantee a specific wear period.
Can I reuse my Polished nails?
Reuse depends on the condition of the press-on after wear and removal, the adhesive used, and the removal technique. Inspect each nail before reapplying it.
How do I remove my press-on nails?
Loosen them gently with warm soapy water or an appropriate adhesive remover. Do not force, peel, or pry the press-ons from the natural nail.
Will press-on nails damage my natural nails?
Improper application or removal can contribute to natural-nail damage. Follow product instructions and avoid forcing a press-on off before the adhesive has loosened. If you have a known nail condition, allergy, sensitivity, or other concern, consult an appropriate qualified professional before using nail products or adhesives.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
Polished currently ships to eligible U.S. addresses. Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout.
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is completed. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
How long does standard shipping take?
Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after processing and carrier acceptance. Carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when tracking is available. Carrier systems may take 24–48 hours after shipment confirmation to update.
What if my package is delayed or missing?
Review the tracking information first. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the package remains missing, contact saltandridgeco@gmail.com with your order number so we can review the available shipment information.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Customer-selected sizing is generally not considered a product defect when the item received matches the size and specifications ordered. Review sizing information carefully before purchase and contact us if you need help interpreting it.
